The People Plan ‘Swappage’ Scheme

  

Many small companies and sole traders would benefit from HR and development services, however, funds are often hard to come by.

 

That’s why People Plan is launching a new 'swappage' scheme which allows customers to offset the costs of HR and development services against the provision of their own products or services.

 

For small companies and sole traders, this means access to coaching and development in areas such as:

·         Anxiety and stress

·         Becoming an employer

 

And for small companies specifically, this means HR services which include:

 

·         Contracts of employment

·         Employment law essentials

·         Policies and procedures

·         HR health checks

 

The swappage scheme has certain pre-requisites:

 

·         There must be a mutual benefit to the offset arrangement for business to be done – a meeting of minds

·         Proper paperwork such as estimates and ‘invoicing’ must be adhered to by all parties so as to ensure things are legally water tight

·         Customers must be sole traders, partnerships, employers with up to 5 staff or similar.
