HR by the HouR

We recognise that many small and SME firms either cannot afford or do not need to employ an HR resource.  That's why we have developed HR by the HouR.

It works on an appointment basis and allows you to book a session to deal with staffing "hot spots".

We can give you practical and speedy service around all sorts of HR and training issues and enable you to manage your costs.

Sessions start at one hour minimum and need to be booked in advance.  If we think you need more than an hour to resolve your challenge, we'll tell you. 

It costs £75 for standard HR and training advice and your first hour is free.

Remember, we are not employment lawyers so if you have a contractual issue with an employee we will recommend ACAS or a solicitor.
