If you want to work with us, we will come and see you or talk to you on the phone to establish what it is you need.

We will then outline clearly in writing what we think we can do to help and how much it will cost.

Once you've received this outline, we'll contact you to establish whether you want us to go ahead.  We may ask you to sign a contract.

Your service will either be delivered by Sue Buck or, where appropriate, a recommended individual or organisation who will work within our Promise.

We only work with others who are reputable, expert and have adequate professional indemnity insurance.
