People Plan is anchored on Sue Buck's experiences of working with all sorts of businesses to achieve HR, training and strategic objectives.

Sue's career began in the insurance industry over twenty years ago where she acquired a broad range of technical and regulatory experience. 

Several years as an HR and Training Manager and then Director of a travel insurance intermediary were followed by two years of HR and L&D consultancy work in a range of different sectors - including public sector, retail and primary care.

A subsequent four years with Searchlight - a national training and consultancy organisation - enabled Sue to specialise in the development of e-learning materials, the management of client training programmes and the provision of training and competency consultancy.

And then, People Plan was born.
